The Fjord and the Sea Route

One of the things I love is to build bicycle routes for myself. This route, for instance, follows the fjord as well as the sea shore – both splendid, although I prefer the sea. It has some hills, but 60% is flat, it goes through plenty of touristy towns – and also quiet forests. I realized recently I need to have a route in mind before setting out on a trip, doesn’t work otherwise for me. If that’s a long one, there is some preparation involved, and it builds up the excitement!. Today, I got up at five something to catch a bus, and then a train, to arrive at a destination, that was the starting point of my journey (home being the end point). Do you need to have a plan – or do you decide on the spot? #danmark (gewysig)
