Judging someone based on one moment or action, without considering the entirety of that person and what they have experienced, can be seen as a crime against understanding. It may not deserve punishment in the traditional sense, but it highlights the importance of empathy and seeing beyond surface judgments.

We all play a part in others lives and it's mind boggling to understand that. Yes, we sometimes are a villian, a hero and a martyr (Lets put that into " a character") in someone's story. Have you thought about this then, depending of what experiences the other person had in his/her life and how other people impacted it from a character perspective, by merely you having some elements of such characters you will be judged/evaluated by that person and that will play a significant factor in how that person will see you without you doing anything but merely existing in his/her life? :)
