While I don't discount your pain, at your age, you need to be out figuring out who you are and what you want out of life. Hang out with friends, go on road trips, volunteer, continue your education, let your chest hair come in. 
You're at the youngest age here, even girls your age will be looking a few years older, so go grow up a bit.
