Who's seen this anime? What do you think about it?

I watched all seasons of sword art online, first season is absolutely legend and other seasons are downfall, the anime should be ended at first season finale. Other seasons just not good as season 1 but still worthy to watch imo.

I think it's a bit of a fairytale romance and that's great, but I also think it lost its magic when it just kept going. Log Horizon took a similar premise and kind of felt like a more realistic portrayal of gamers trapped in a fantasy world, though the first season's budget was... a little low.

I think it's pretty amazing. The first half of season 1 is the best because of the tension, the other half is pretty good but not as good, first half of season 2 is fun because of the change in theme, 2nd half is a bit boring, the movie set afterwards is actually really good, and the Alicization seasons set after that sort of refreshes the show with some new concepts, a new reason for the vr world, a new take on the vr world itself, and brings back the tension of the first season.

Was my 1st anime. It's typically considered trash, but I loved the 1st season, just the idea of a full dive VR is incredible to me. The later seasons kinda go downhill, and haven't watched past the 3rd season. I really wish we could see more of the world in season 1, but oh well.

Great show. They just need to do another season. At least one more to end it. But the law for sharing it nationally is getting in the way of watching it at all. Enjoy it while you can just incase it’s removed again.

I watched it all and it's personally one of my favorites. Season 1 is fast paced and there was a news about SAO Progressive detailing the missed parts of the novel. I'm looking forward to it.

First season is great. Second season is alright. Second season part 2, Gun Gale isn't too bad. I lose it after that. But the first season has the best story, by fair. They kinda stretch it out after that.
