Ok. That's a good viewpoint. There is another view, which I find useful. It's about portraying oneself as a victim. This absolving oneself of any blame or guilt. Most communication in families are about either playing the victim, or then playing the survivor. Both can be played alternatively also. Similar to becoming a narssist. What's your opinion.
