I'd be really interested in hearing people's initial experiences with BJJ. I'm really keen, but it's my first martial art and I'm proper nervous.

Thinking about starting BJJ

It's been awhile since I learned anything but I'm pushing myself to learn at least 3 moves a week. There's a school here I like with no gi sparring but I haven't made the time to go since my schedule changed

I love the progress I've made with my weight loss, and I hope to reach my ideal competition weight bracket in the next two months.

Had my first Jiu Jitsu competition and brought home the gold it was awesome. I'm proud of myself for going for it and can't wait for more to come.

Old Church turned jiujitsu gym😎 morning private classes with 12× world champion. I highly encourage yall to pick up self defense, protect yourself and your loved ones from the evil this world throws at you. I carry too, but guns arent allowed everywhere and some senerios, gun cant work. And if you do carry, I suggest you actually train with it and work on your draws. Stay safe!

Just a local comp, second place in my weight class! I started refereeing too, as soon as my last match ended, and now I'm sick from all the exhaustion and strangers 😅 fun day though
