When I'm sleeping all day and dizzy when i get up,  and can't figure out why,  it's time to invest in my health. Being a mom,  my focus is always on others health, and mine is in the backseat. But if I'm too dizzy to cook, my quality of life is obvs terrible.  So i am prioritizing my self. Above all else. If i can't function, i can't take care of anyone else either.  

I am going to love myself enough to invest this energy on me.  Working on my constant sinus issues which i read can cause the fatigue and dizziness,  and the allergy pills are just a bandaid. So starting to learn more about anti inflammatory diets and what else to cut out from my diet,  the main things being sugar and dairy,  which I've struggled to fully eliminate before.  

Life will only get better from here.

Realization

You ever take a nap so good that you thought you missed the school bus. But it's Sunday ...and you're 36

Isn't it curious that the older we get, the more pills we wind up taking?  I've been working on reducing mine and I'm down to three!  WOOHOO!  I know I know, I'm a silly man

The first image is from September ‘22. 

I was mentally broken and burnt out. To be honest I was eating myself towards an early grave, being around 140 kg, and a few months later got an outbreak of uric acid gout 😖

The secound image is from today, December 23th ‘25. 

Now I’m working out 3 times a week, I’ve changed my career path, and mentally it’s getting better for each day. I’m down to 128 kg with 80 kg being muscles and I noticed that my face is starting to look slimmer 💪

It’s been a long, hard journey, and its only since July, this year, my workouts have really showed some effects with getting rid of fats, and that’s with haft a years break before I went back 🔥

Losing weight is not everything, it’s also about feeling healthy, and good about yourself. I’m getting there, even to the point were I also have space for my special person ❤️

If you’re on a journey yourself then remember, 1 minute is 100 % more than 0 minutes. Be nice to yourself when you fail, and don’t give up when it happens ❤️

Hello! A lil' bit serious question here. Anyone knows which exercise suitable to lose weight for people who have back pain? This person can't stand to long due to his injury and can't carry heavy things. He kinda stress right now because he love exercise but afraid that it might worsen his back pain.

Okay, gimme your home remedies. No matter how unhinged. I keep sneezing in sets of 4, my throat hurts, and my sinuses feel so funny they are working on their own comedy routine. I tried a hot shower, I didn't the sinus rinse, I ate the noodles with spice, and I've had plenty of hot beverages. What else y'all got?

Reminder

In total she prescribed me three or four medicines, including antibiotics. I was not surprised by the idea of the total amount for those medicines, I was surprised at the sheer amount of medicine I have to buy 😂🤦🏻‍♀️.

About half an hour ago I got a call from a doctor on call at a clinic that told m that I have extensive sinusitis.

Just thought I put this on here. No pity party promise. 
I’ve got CCHS, which basically means my body doesn’t always remember to breathe on its own. It’s rare, but it’s part of me—and it’s taught me to be tougher and more grateful than I ever thought I’d be.

He's exact words were that it's a very hard to perform treatment case. Both of my upper wisdom teeth are right behind sinuses and the lower jaws roots are very wiggly looking (said something about it almost being impossible to treat the lower jaw's because of the canals being so close to the face nerve and there being a high possibility of damaging it). I hecking won in the genetics lottery 🤬🪦. At this point I'm actually thinking that it would be just easier to remove the one tooth 🦷 I'm trying to save than to deal with the wisdom teeth.

Got told and shown by a dental surgeon that's my wisdom teeth situation is very very very complicated.
