internal fear is something no amount of tangible suppressant can fix. seek yourself. i was once internally fearful - addicted to shielding from fear, addicted to suppression the tangible, but i only used the tangible to suppress. but the more i ingested the higher the dose the more intricate the puzzle became. once i let go of tangible suppressant. i started to fall in love with losing my mind, its only dangerous if you are not aware of losing mind. but if you can find the root of the missing puzzle piece you’ll come to realise your brain is the most powerful tool. it wasn’t supposed to be suppressed. i encourage dark i tend to walk alone. i imagine a light sometimes ill drift off into the abyss let the deep echoes of my voice annotations tell me if there’s a wall near by. no clear direction. i embrace the echoes of nothing. if anyone within the darkness lurks out and asserts fear i imagine an arrow, but i take my time embodying an arrow and show precision > calculation > i stand strong > show true thought of my target. i aim > i draw back the imaginary arrow > they stand puzzled confused of the medium i am asserting > never be afraid. fearful people only assert fear because they fear themselves. - abigail
