Another year, another failed attempt at the PtE

My brother and I always attempt some sort of major ride every year; it gives me incentive to keep riding, this year it was supposed to be the 130 miles from Portland to Eugene Oregon. The weather was nice for the first 40 or so miles, but when we arrived in Salem, the sky opened up with a cold shower that halted the ride and left both of us practically drenched and freezing... There's always next year I guess.
