3Cowboy Bebop. It is very western but still gets across many standard anime tropes to give a sense of anime generally. If they don't like sci-fi/action of that sort then I would suggest finding an anime that is focused on a real-life passion of theirs. If they're a musician BECK or Sound Euphonium, if they like boxing Hajime no Ippo, if they play tennis Prince of Tennis, etc etc. There are so many anime that focus on a single subject like that, and tend to do a good job at relating to it in the language of fans. They can act as a bridge to understand anime through a topic they already understand well. Similarly I'd they have a favored show or movie, it's often easy to find an anime that had a flavor in common.

Primeiro tem que ser dublado, acho que Diarios de uma Apotecária e Frieren são bons pra iniciantes e bons animes, tem também Monster, Viland Saga, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, enfim animes ou mais pé no chão que vai ser mais fácil de assimilar pra quem ainda não tá acostumado com a diferenças de linguagem de algo ocidental pro oriental e que seja facilmente digerível.
