Dissssss-Cumm-Ferrrrrt

So I can Nordic curl to the floor with weight plates held against my chest, did the first ever Y raise Nordic hamstring curl, and a week later 2sets of 3 Y raise curls, but......this 10kg 22lb club....omg...used the pads for 45° flexion holding bell one handed on back, using my 1arm push up skills (I can do them on my finger tips) and then here seen is me trying front holding and just static pausing OMG the TENSION! My hammies may be sore until Wednesday's snatch grip&dumbbell RDLs.....
