Please help me ENTJs

I'm a INTP with a solid I & T trial. My social circle is extremely small - only my life partner and coworkers. I don't get in touch with my emotions > (I don't sense their existence in daily life until the last moment from overflow) I'm writing a ENTJ character who is a ruler of a kingdom. For the quality, I need to know more about you guys first. Could you describe your E moments? How do you keep relationships going? What you would do to hangout with your friends? How often? If you are a manager, what methods you used to make them achieve your goals? How do you control them? How do you deal your opponents in the workplace? Do you have anger issues? Or easily lose temper?
