Sharing a warm smile

You'll really never know who needs to see that precious smile of yours,At work I'm called the happy smiley girl because there's never a dull moment around me. Even when we're going through a tough situation at work.. or handling nervous guests encountering a first night at the Safari Lodge in the woods...or a first time Safari experience. I always make sure to reach out to them and face them with a smile and calmly talk to them to let them know that they're great, amazing and stronger than their fears.
