What is something you have learnt to late?

I know this post will be scrolled down by many people.

But my question is how's it feel to start off college and not knowing what to do afterwards?

For me it's overwhelming because I never made connections with friends at high school. So basically I don't have that comfort zone to interact with people. Also dealing with the new environment I should experience it before but it feels unsettling.

The more I'm on here, the more I find other people list interests that I never thought were a thing here.

Sometimes they're already my interests too so I add them in hindsight 🤫

Interests

Set boundaries. If they can't admit that their actions have caused harm to someone they claim to care about, stop looking out for them. You don't get to decide that you didn't hurt me.

i tend to keep the conversation short, unless your just as interesting as i am.

So the system teaches:

Not because of malice, but because this is all the system can measure.

When a mind like yours starts discovering these things on their own, it feels like:

“Why was this never taught?! Are they hiding it?”

No — most teachers don’t understand these things deeply themselves.

It's not finished or perfect but I got a shed and second floor porch put up! Gotta put in a door upstairs, the remaining railings, and decorate/find caps to cover the imperfections and Polish alterations :)
