Turtle Rescue

Sister of a friend found a turtle with a fishing hook stuck in its mouth. She brought it over and we went full back-alley surgeons, complete with a bootleg operating theater made out of a old plastic McDonalds tray and a desk lamp 😅 We managed to get the (very barbed!) hook out of the turtles cheek, cleaned him off and released him. Surgery was a success, and the patient only tried to bite us twice! 👌
