I watched this a couple months ago and I’m really glad I gave it a chance! I really enjoyed the emotional journey the main character went on and how it massively deviated from the “overpowered main character go rawr” plot structure. Are there any other new (non-Trigun because, yes also an example) anime series anyone would recommend? Also no shade to Trigun but I’ve watched both the original and Stampede already

I totally understand eternal dragonball z type shows. Look at One Piece (I’m caught up lol I watch it with my son don’t hold it against me lol) I did enjoy apothecary diaries. I watched a live action Chinese drama a little while back called Delicacies Destiny I think and ended enjoyin g that too lol I’ve been trying to keep an open mind lately. You ever watch Samurai Champloo? Robot Carnival? Roujin Z? Currently watching Black Clover with a friend. 4 seasons though. Sorry I’m all over the place lol
