Favorite anime and why

Theirs so many animes out there to chose from and its always so difficult to pick your very top favorite but if you absolutely had to which anime would you say is your favorite? Personally I cannot get over overlord the animation is not only beautiful but the hilarious characters and the progression of Ains character development was just so entertaining!

I was a huge fan of Steins; Gate! I love the mental stimulation and hijinks that Time Travel stories can provide, and when romance can be mixed in I find something really amazing about characters changing time and reality just to save the person they love :)

Definitely JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Nothing comes close to me in terms of style and pure wackiness. Plus, stands are the most interesting and well designed power system I've seen in an anime. One Punch Man is a very close second though.

My favorite is either Demon Slayer or Seven deadly Sins. The action and story for both is on point.

For me it's Yu Yu Hakusho. It was one of the first series that got me into anime. I love all the stories, the character development, the 90s emotional background music. It's a classic 👌

Chivalry of a Failed Knight. Even though it's a single season, the progression and story line was amazing, the combat and animation phenomenal, and just all around an amazing show

Either FMA:B or Cowboy Bebop. You notice something new every time you watch them, especially in the case of FMA:B which is imo a timeless masterpiece.

Pokemon but the original. It played a big part in my childhood even now at almost 30 I never grew out of it. I haven't watched much of the newer shows but I still play many of the games and collect the merc

Berserk it brings out the fantasy, meaning of pain and willing to keep push no matter what

I'm not a big anime watcher - mostly watch live action - but of the stuff I have seen I'd say it's Ghost in the Shell OVA.

An anime that I still think about to this day is Wolf's Rain. I haven't seen a single anime like it. From the character types, to the storyline, to the different motivations each character has - you feel like you're searching for paradise with them. Top it off with a stunning soundtrack and you have a show that you'll think about at 2AM for years to come.

I would have to say Eureka Seven. It was one of the first anime I ever completed, and has such a rich coming of age story that hasn't lost any of its relevance. Still holds up to any newer series in my opinion.

Hunter x Hunter, cause the story is developed well and very influential. You won't regret it lol

Bakemonogatari (the whole series) for the supernatural element and the story. Natsume Yuujinchou also for the supernatural element and the story. And, for fun, Witch Craft Works because I'd like to have Ayaka as a protector too.

My first and always will be my favorite😍 Growing up in my small town I wasn't exposed to anime, it wasn't until I was a young adult living in Seattle that I got any kind of exposure to Anime! This was the first one I watched all the way through! It definitely sparked my ❤️! SAO is a close second! (edited)

Big O, Inuyasha, and Cowboy Bebop were the ones that got me started. They're pretty great anime. Bleach is another good one if you don't mind a ridiculously long series. Wolf Children if you don't mind a kind of sad anime and Horimiya if you like slice-of-life. I guess it's impossible to pick just one. (edited)

Naruto 🍜🍥 love the story and characters so so much and made me cry a couple of times

Code Geass. I enjoyed the power the main character obtains and is trying to make a better world for his sister while his family and nation treated them like trash. Once he confronts them and the series is over. It was a bittersweet ending. The recent movies were perfect! No fillers, all lore & character development. All Hail Lelouch. (edited)

Soul Eater, it has the action that I love, comedy, and a very interesting plot. The characters are relatable and the music openings are pretty good. Definitely on my top 5 favorite anime.

Me and a few friends last night were watching season 1 of overlord I’d say my favorite is IBO (iron blooded orphans) I watch a lot of anime

I think I'll be the only one to say Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny. The plot was incredible, the music was epic, and it taught me quite a few life lessons when I was a kid. It's also nostalgic as one of the first animes that got me into anime.

My Love Story!! about a guy who finds love and its about their relationship their struggles being a first time couple and their ups and downs learning how to express things with eachother. It's truly beautiful...plus he jumps out of a burning building after saving his girlfriends friends who insulted him but his the bigger man and saves the day!
