The first time I watched this anime is when I was 7 thn. I don't really remember when. But when I was a kid, I like watching Bleach every Sunday morning after I go back from Church. It's fun. And now, in 2024 I still have the same feeling and excitement with this anime. But I just finished the last episode from their last Season. I guess it's season 4?

So I'm rewatching Beastars because the thirs season just came out. Season 1 is great season 2 is less so. Season 2 felt like a waste of time towards the end because it felt pointless. I started watching season 3 and so far so good. Have y'all watched Beastars?

I'm not talking about unrealistic body types and proportions or unnatural personalities, but the mere existence of a soulmate. Just going by profiles on dating sites, everyone is just out there hiking, traveling and living their best lives. I know, dating sites are basically shopping centers and you want to put your best self in the showcase, but still... No one is actually proud of just enjoying video games, binging tv shows half asleep in a useless pile on the bed. Researching some random obscure topic late in the night and writing a five paragraph essay in the comment section because someone was wrong on the internet and SOMEONE has to set them straight. Being embarrassed to listening to a song fifteen hundred times because it touched my soul in some way I can't explain. Being lost in a video game that captivates me for some weird reason and crash back to reality when my alarm goes off, realizing I haven't slept and I got work in an hour. Wanting to escape to a cabin in the mountains because people annoy me, but at the same time being used to the creature comforts of the city. Being nostalgic for a time and place I never lived but I feel like I did.

And to share this with someone who actually feels the same. Someone who understands. Someone who is comfortable being comfortable, to talk about nothing and everything until dawn. Someone we could be socially awkward together. Someone to go on a mission to find the best noodle soup place in town, and listen to music one else does.

I know she exists. She is out there somewhere. I just wish we could meet before my time on this planet is up...
