Serial Experiments Lain, dot.Hack was pretty strange too. Does Evangelion count? Then movies we have Spirited Away, Paprika, Evangelion again... Basically, any anime in which you get to kill God in the end, and that is pretty much all of them.

Honestly, all about one punch man. I love how strong yet humble he is. Thoroughly enjoy that he finds fighting inconvenient

Serial Experiments Lain... Pretty surreal. Honestly, couldn't quite get into it. Though others apparently enjoyed it. Texhnolyze was, IIRC, a little trippy, too? Though, it's been a long time since I watched, or tried watching, either one... So, don't entirely recall the plot(s)... (edited)

Definitely loved watching DeathNote 🥰 The Battle between L and Light was intense and a few quirky jokes.

Death Parade! I'm a huge baby that cried every episode, but it was honestly a brilliant watch.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure can be pretty surreal

Mob psycho 100, think One Punch Man but Saitama is a shy highschool kid with psychic powers

Not many I can say... honestly anime tends to lack creativity but the ones I do know that kinda fit? Lain, the flowers of evil, kaiba, and mononoke.
