Which anime started your obsession? ๐Ÿ˜†

My introduction to the world of anime was a brutal oone. Vampire Hunter D. Akira. Ninja Scroll. Most of the people I know are like 'My first anime was Bleach/Naruto/One Piece/Inuyasha/DBZ...' and I'm just like... 'That's cute.' (Mind I also love those anime, they're just like entry-level to me lol)

I guess technically it's Pokemon, however, that feels strange. So I would say the first real anime was Inuyasha.

Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, and Lupin the third. I think Inuyasha, FMA, and Samurai Champloo was on adult swim around that time, too, but that was a long time ago and my memory is kind of fuzzy.

Dragon Ball Z. My older brothers also liked it and we had this VHS tape of a few episodes, the first Goku and Vegeta fight. It was also the Ocean dub, so when I eventually watched the Funimation dub, I was really confused about the voices

Yo! Add in Ranma 1/2 and StarBlazers and legit my same list that started me off into anime. Vampire Hunter D one of my favorites, it was something about the animation, and the lighting. It's was legit spooky watching it when I was younger. Same with L.i.l.y Cat

The ONLY anime I have ever seen and liked as a kid to now is ATLA (Avatar The Last Airbender) I have tried so many times to watch and get into other Animes just to see what the hype is all about with them but I just can't get into it and neither could my dad, we both find it excruciatingly boring. We also like Sailor Moon but That is more me because it is part of Vaporwave and Vaporwave is my thing and it always has since I was a little kid. But Avatar The Last Airbender or Sailor Moon did not put me on the Anime/Manga Obsession Train๐Ÿšƒ๐Ÿš‚ at all. I Al do like Pokรฉmon but not as much as I used to though.
