It took me nearly ten years to get through the first hundred episodes or so, and about a year to get through the rest and be caught up. Once you get through the first hurdle, it’s soooo much better. You could also try One Pace — the pacing is much easier to ease you through the first few seasons for sure.

It's not the best way to see it, but I started watching it from the Heaven saga, I really liked that when that arc ended I watched it from the beginning because I had so many questions.

If by chapter 4 you haven't fallen in love with the message that Luffy gives from minute 1, it's not for you.... It's very long, but it's a great anime, a religion for many and a beautiful way to see life without prejudice and always wanting the best for everything around... Even so, look for another that fulfills you, nowadays there are millions at our reach and for example, The Apothecary Diaries is short and wonderful. Kisses!!!

The first seasons are somewhat slow at times, but you have much more action in the later seasons.

No, if you didn't like those episodes, just drop it. I've met people who are told to watch more and end up binge-watching the whole series and they never end up liking it. You'll just make yourself suffer; I would say if you want, watch up to episode 10, and if you don't like it, just let it go, it's fine, not all anime is for everyone. It happened to me with Gintama.

With one piece, avoid the anime that will later become unbearable due to how long it will be, read the manga or change the speed like jeffar.

Look at the first 100 episodes. If after watching them you're not convinced, drop the series. But I think by the time you get to episode 40, you won't be able to stop watching it😂

It's normal, I had 2 attempts and 🤮 for the 3rd I managed to survive 50 episodes, currently my favorite anime and manga. Just like you, hundreds of other people did too. You can do it!

Much better, the beginning is really slow, aside from the graphic quality of the time, since it's from the early 2000s, but every One Piece fan can assure you that it's worth it.

You have to be patient with it, but it's getting better little by little. In my opinion, it starts to improve when they meet Sanji. Be patient and you'll love One Piece ^^

Yes, the first episodes are tedious, but it gets better and a lot.

Wait for the release of "the one piece," a re-adaptation of the manga but much shorter and faster; it's supposed to come out in 2027.
