Sunday night anxiety. It's awful.

Suggestion is to take time before bed to relax and think about gratitude. Gratitude is relative. Some may dislike their job; some may dislike that they don’t have a job; some may be grateful for having a job; and, some may be grateful for not having a job.

Have had it, but I now I don't prioritize work over personal, and don't invest my own "health" into it. And became more comfortable with the idea of beeing a human that makes mistakes. So Sundays don't cause anxiety anymore, sometimes a bit annoyance because I rather go to a Cafe than a client 😆

I used to. I dreaded Sundays. Spent the whole evening thinking of reasons not to work the next day. You gotta find a new line of work, brother. Once you enjoy what you do, that stress goes away.

I did for one semester. Ended up having to go to therapy because I was falling apart at work. The next semester was better. Maybe try talking to a therapist--maybe they'll help you manage the anxiety, or maybe they'll help you discover that you need to be somewhere else.
