Recently, I noticed something curious about my anxiety. When I was sick with a sore throat and cough, I didn't have panic attacks. My body was busy healing, and in that time, my mind felt quieter. Now that I have recovered a bit, the anxiety seems to have returned. Sometimes in small, unexpected ways. Even something as simple as pressing a button and it not responding can trigger unease. It makes me wonder how closely my body and mind are connected, and how healing in one area can awaken sensitivity in another. I'm learning to pause, breathe, and remind myself: this is anxiety, not danger. Still, I sometimes feel confused - am I exaggerating, or is this something serious?
