Why don't people understand why you say to them you have anxiety

This is really frustrating I suffer with anxiety and some people moan at me because sometimes I lock myself away in stressful situations. I have had panic attacks in the past but I hate it when people think I can just turn it off like a switch.

Please do not take it personally, I have social anxiety and a wacky sleep schedule that is always changing. I'm trying my best to put myself out here and meet more like minded souls! I don't ghost people, I'll unmatch if there's something actually wrong.

I have failed not once not twice but every time in everything I had my future planned but I can not fulfill it... I sacrificed my well being to accomplish great things but it was all for nothing... No matter what I did or how I did it there was only one outcome... Failure...
