In case any fellow history and archeology geeks needed something uplifting...and passing on some info.

*They've discovered Egypt's lost city of Aten. The Travel has a very interesting article on their web page about it. I highly recommend this one. 👌 *Phys.org has a similarly interesting article about an excavation at a Roman site in rural britain involving anabandoned mausoleum, 15 kilograms of litharge-- which is often used to extract silver from other metals, a grand funerary monument and a lead-lined coffin for an elderly lady typically only seen at burial sites in roman villas, WITHOUT any sign of personal items or signs of grave robbery. Haaretz.com has an article about a structure in Sicily. The Kothen of Motya, that was initially thought to be an artificial harbor is in fact a sacred pool dedicated to the God Baal. If you are in an area or on a time/work schedule like me where news can be tricky to keep up with; Aljazeera news, The Wallstreet Journal, The Young Turks on YouTube, Stephen Colbert's late show, CNN and BBC news are reliable and have live updates of Ukraine's fight. MSNBC also has been trying to keep up with ongoing events as well. Not wanting to get into Politics, but for those in more rural areas I hope this helps. (edited)
