Force of Human Nature (Acrylic Painting)
This is a painting I did for a local art show about 4 years ago. I wanted to show how in the end, Mother nature always wins basically. This piece didn't get in but it's definitely one of my favorites that I've done ♥️

There was a truck driver I knew, came through the truck stop in Cridersville I worked at... He had the most beautifully done tattoo sleeves I'd ever seen. One arm was a big natural scene, while the other was a bunch of faces that personified different concepts and ideals, like the face of honor, the face of purity, etc. In the middle of each wrist was a hole, where a stream of smoke/fog came out and traveled up his arms. Everywhere the smoke was, the tattoo went from a life scene to a death scene. Forests and rivers became deserts and canyons, and the faces each became twisted, deathly versions of their opposites... Purity became Pestilence, etc. So amazing to see a piece like that, and its the first thing yours reminded me of.
