Friend's Party

So my friend is having a birthday get together this Saturday. And as I found out... he's never had a cake before. He's allergic to gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs... all things found in a typical cake. So I did some searching and found a vegan cake. That eliminates dairy and eggs. Then I just replace a few of the ingredients with soy free and gluten free alternatives and now I'm excited to bake this cake. Gonna use a quarter of the ingredients to start so make a test cake and try it. If I like the results I'll bake the full cake. It's gonna be a double layered vegan chocolate cake. I'm so excited. I'm also gonna try a cold oven bake cause I heard it makes the cake taste fluffier and more moist!
