Daughters Request

When my daughter said, "Dad you haven't made cookies in ages", I knew what she was implying. I haven't baked since making my daughters birthday cake last year and feel like it's one of a few times where I feel relaxed. Now, to cool these 🙄 The cookies are vegan as my daughter has allergies so free from milk, dairy, eggs, nuts and soya.
