It can be either. In that way I hope it's like a soccer game where there are a lot of shots on goal, but then the goalkeeper has a great game with lots of saves. Let there be hits and walks with plenty of baserunners, but the pitchers keep getting out of the jam. Two nearly no-hit bids can be a bit fun, too, but I would really only enjoy it if it was my team.
