It's been 8 years now since you've left this earth. What I would give to see you, spend a day with you to give you a birthday card, flowers or come over to the house just to see you. Things are very different here since you've left and I am just glad you are not suffering anymore like you were. Thank you for all the years where you would send me letters with your little smiley faces, voice mails and for doing youre best to raise me on a chaotic planet with little to no support of your own sometimes. I know we didn't always see eye to eye, but I look forward to seeing your eyes at all sometime in the future. Peace be upon you in heaven, mom. I love you. Happy Birthday.
