Wouldn't it be great if there was a real place where real gamers could just meet and hang out? The board game bars around me mostly attract casual players. Ah life goals to find a good gaming group.

If you're around my area there's a gamer theme coffee shop I go most weekends. All the nerds in one place. Plus some lurkers. 😅

Better than a regular bar i say. It starts conversations and reveals interests you wouldn't think to just ask. Its frendly and casual instead of ... well bar patrons. And ontop of that you learn if they would be susceptible to playing your favorite game at home. I wish we had one around here T.T

I prefer a place without alcohol. If a guy orders an alcoholic drink on the first date there won’t be a second one. I don’t drink and I don’t see any reason why the first time I meet a guy that he should have any alcohol. 🤷♀️
