How the hell is a single person supposed to keep up?!

I have joked that polycules have gained popularity because the cost of living is exploding but like… Seriously though… The whole world just feels impossible to navigate when you’re on your own. Working a full time job and staying on top of household chores and bills and taxes is already daunting. Add in childcare for single parents, double it for those of us who have no family support. And on top of that, you have local ordinances and state governments often run by people who seem to relish in any opportunity to abuse their minuscule power over others. How is anyone supposed to keep up with all of this? It feels like I’m drowning. I’d like to date, but who even has time for that? Like, first date ideas need to include checking things off of my ever-growing to-do list. 😵‍💫
