Any good Audiobook recommendations?

Hey guys. I was wondering if there is any good audiobook recommendations as I've gotten audible and got a free credit. I like Sci-fi, fantasy and horror books. Has to be fiction. Any suggestions leave them in comments and I'll download and listen to one of the audio books. Thanks :)

Personally I think Adrian Tchaikovsky's "Shadows of the Apt" series is fantastic, and that Ben Allen is a great narrator. It's a different take on fantasy too, that doesn't try and copycat Tolkien at all. "Children of Time" is a sci-fi by the same author that won the Arthur C Clarke award - I haven't heard the audiobook for it but the book is impressive and showcases his writing in an interesting and thought provoking way. Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series is also a fantasy staple and the voice acting by Michael Kramer is engaging - some of it is voiced by his wife too which (imo) plays to the theming of the series, however some people found her voice a little grating so definitely bare that in mind and if available listen to a demo clip. Let me know what you think of you choose either! Happy to give infinite recommendations!!

Another good series is Rangers apprentice. Medieval setting but with fantasy creatures. John Flannagon books are all great tbh. Ron Ripley also does great ghost stories.

The best audiobook out of a hundred I've listened to is Patrick Rothfuss' "The Name of the Wind" which is an epic fantasy that is all about music. an amazing difference from most books out there. attached is an image quote that I love. Most recently, I've enjoyed the Land Series by Aleron Kong, narrated by Nick Poedhl(?) is really good. it's about a man taken to another world with magic, leveling and carving his own name into the land itself. it's light hearted and has a cult following already? ✅️ definitely worth checking out
