Last night, I finished this book about the subject of our perceived reality and how our concious awareness, as beings, impact the very foundation of the world surrounding us, in thought, intent, beliefs and emotion. At first I found committing to reading a difficult task. But the more I read into this, the more I accelerated my goal of finishing this book. As of late, I began reading a chapter a night and accomplished that objective in acceptable time. After reading through the contents, perceptions and various experiments that have been conducted over the years, I can confidently say my subjective view on what our reality is has shifted significantly. They say the imagination is, in fact, a powerful tool to have at your disposal. But what if the tool you saw as a form of power was, in fact, far beyond our standardised comprehension, with the keys to a whole new desire seemingly just out of reach? This book is a show of that revelation, providing insight into how our respective worlds are quite literally shaped by our intentions, desires and goals that we aim to achieve. Before reading this, my understanding was strictly a more spiritually crafted one, believing that the correct path was one of personal subjectivity and experiences, connecting to the other side in ways that differ from religious pursuits. But after reading this book, my position is different, with me seeing reality as fluid, not static. And based upon some examples written in this book, I can confidently say some experiences in life line up to drastic changes or chances that were formed by sole intent alone. Before reading Dispenda's book, my outlook was fluctuating here and there at times, with my mind gradually re-entering the stormy clouds at times. But since following the principles written in these pages, my mind and heart function at a more stable level than before. Now, I can feel the currents of reality truly slip through my body when I conduct appropriate focus. My thought patterns range into a more optimistic direction and I find myself less pissed off and more accepting of the wrongs that happen in my life. Suffice to say, this book is a good aide for real self-improvement. However, that ultimately comes with the challenges of shaking off the doubts and scepticism we've been fed in modern times, and allow ourselves to truly trust again and remember that "anything is possible". If you have an open mind for change, one that can quite literally readjust your reality beyond a matter-based scale and instead on the quantum level, then I'd implore you to give it a chance at least once. If it isn't for you, then it's as simple as that. Though I find the means in these pages more useful than books in the self-help section elsewhere. I've changed since reading this and I welcome the new vision.

I like Joe Dispenza, his concepts and what he’s about., I’ve read his books.. the only thing I don’t like about him is he never proves his injury and accident he claims he healed mainly with his mind. No proof. No pics. No nothing. I don’t like that. Why not show us that on his books? Especially since it was a maraculous he’s king no one has ever heard of before.
