The Israelites rejoiced in their success as they followed God’s instructions on how to conquer Jericho. God provides a clear plan of action regarding sin when we surrender our lives to Him. We turn to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to convict us of our sins. The Holy Spirit then reveals the darkness we need to remove. When sin is removed, peace and joy fill our hearts.
