Boxing or Karate?
Imo boxing is better than karate, I took karate for a few weeks and it may just be my experience but in karate when in our stance we never kept are hands or sparred so there was many flaws in the stance itself, I remember my first week of boxing a few years ago and it they beat those bad habits out of me literally.
