Attention to detail is key especially for all my prior service army folk. I would be living in the front leaning rest if I didn't notice BJJ was Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Great day!

I only know what the "front lean and rest position" because of military school and being punished in that position almost every day. 👌🏾 😆 also: the "side straddle hop", all in cadence of course. 😄👍🏾
