Arthritis and weight are the two things that have been plaguing me for a very long time and at my age it will only get worse. A few years ago, having seen the program Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, I purchased a juicer and did some experimenting helped by Joe Cross's app which was available at that time but not any more sadly. Because of the cost of juicing (the large amount of produce required) I stopped juicing. Roll on to the present where my arthritis is out of control and let's not mention weight, I decided to give it another try. Purchased three of his books, read some, thought a bit, thought a bit more, I decided on a plan for about two weeks. Not the full on Joe Cross plans as described but my own way. Let's see how it goes....

There’s a site called Sapphire medical centre, Uk based and only place that does get legit Cbd without THC ! I can’t have the THC compound. It’s helped the arthritis as I can’t take ibuprofen! Look into turmeric too as it’s an Anti inflammatory xxx good luck on your journey! Us women need to support one another xxx
