A solid plan
In the last year a lot of people that need to just start my own business. However it feels like every good idea has already been implemented. Thoughts or ideas on this?

If it has been already implemented you know that it works. Pioneering is risky, successful startups are always in the media, but for each success there are God knows how many failures. Now to get your share of the pie you have to implement that idea locally, in an area where the big players have not expanded yet. Or tweak the product to improve it or adapt it to a niche; this happens a lot actually, there are a lot of companies famous by the innovation of their products, but they didn't innovate at all, just copied and perfectionated existing products. Anyway, all of this is easy to say, but harder to put it in practice. I know a couple of guys who built successful businesses without doing anything outstanding, I mean anyone could do it. In both cases the key was to find a very cheap supplier. (edited)
