You need a contrast CT with a second opinion. It is worth saying that if that doesn't warrant immediate surgery, idk what does. Your disc is ruptured and the tissues behind the spine. All sorts of damage could happen if the disk and tissues mix. There's no way to know wheather it is busting out laterally or just posterior, pinhole, tear, etc, but that's not herniated. You could chip bones of your spine touched. You need surgery. If left to fester thks is at risk of synaptic degredatation in the nerves if the internals of that disk are exposed to the tissue with nerve cells there. The area will inflame, and who knows what happens when you set your immune system to kill your back nerves. Get it cleaned out of there. We hate surgery , but you sir are indicated for jt. But, beforehand you need really good imaging. A contrast CT is about a thousand years ahead of an MRI. It's like Tetris compared to Destiny 2. My thing would be ingest protectants for free radicals in your blood, get supplies for adding oxygen profusion, use a heating pad to vasodialate, and figure out which vitamins help because let me tell you they are everything. Get all sugar out of your diet and the way your soft tissues look, I suggest Kratom tea, naproxen, and nausea management.
