My carnivore journey summarized

Growing up I was deathly allergic to all plants that grew in az, dogs, cats, hay, and had walking pneumonia every year somewhere between my birthday and Christmas. I was given a steroid inhaler and was not told to exercise so I blew up like a balloon. I had developed leaky gut syndrome as well as asthma and that led to sleep apnea. I've tried all sorts of diets growing up from Mediterranean, to south Beach, the brown rice elimination diet, and juice fasting for 90 days. I've even done intermittent fasting and 4-7 days water fasting. I haven't felt healthy until now, 58 days into the carnivore diet. All I eat now is eggs, beef, chicken, butter, bacon, and some fish. I still enjoy coffee with heavy cream, and my favorite beverage is water. I use the LMNT unflavored raw electrolyte powder to make up for the electrolytes my body isn't getting since I stopped eating carbs. I no longer have asthma, leaky gut syndrome, or sleep apnea. I haven't had any allergies at all the last 30 days to anything. I can even deep breathe into a dog and be fine. I lost 2lbs, which looks like 4" off my waist and I put on a ton of muscle. I have tons of energy all the time even before bed, clear mind, and a powerful sex drive. I have a lot of natural testosterone my body is making now where as before it was lacking. My female friend who is in her 70s on this diet cured her endometriosis this way. Our fruits and veggies, nuts, seeds, and grains are poisoned so heavily they hurt us when we eat them. I understand this now. I don't love eating meat but I do love being healthy. I miss Thai curry and blueberries but it isn't worth the pain and Inflammation. I'm learning to love this diet because it makes me feel so good. Any one else doing this leave a comment! Let's talk
