Christmas volunteering

Hathaway & Hastur. Tale of differing personalities. Brought in together as neutered strays; seen as potential adoptions and not re-released neutered Strays. Hathaway is confident, gregarious and obnoxiously vocal. Whereas Hastur will be more work: obviously frightened, wide-eyed. But showing signs for optimism: leaning into pets, purring even though he’s fearfully crouched. Not hard to tell which is which. But Hastur will be fine. Each cat is different. That’s why I love them so. Time spent with them is a shared Christmas present. (edited)
