Sure. Why would you thought, any bot will slaughter it immediately. If you have both parents with really well developed prefrontal cortex the genetic breakdown would be something like 9:3:4:1, that last one being the carrier. So if they have 17 kids at least one of them will have the ultimate genetic makeup for it. In about 7-8 generations with the same amount of kids you could theoretically do that. I love how you're considering eugenics for something like chess 😀
