The art of self care

I may sound strange, and I'm not promoting cleaning here, but my god doesn't it feel good when you've done a super deep clean...everything sparkles and is in the right place. The wave of satisfaction, peace and joy I get really does boost my mood.

Had a really bad Amazon delivery experience today. This detergent leaked on my mouthwash because they used insufficient protection for the items. Amazon is so damn careless 🤦‍♂️

My lab coat 🥼 has sweat stains on it so I put distilled vinegar in the fabric softener slot to try to clean the yellow stains out of it. If this doesn’t work I’m going to need a new lab coat 😥

While I was vacuuming up the leaves with the leaf blower today I realized a few things

1) a 14 AWG extension cord could make the motor overheat. I need to use a 12 AWG extension cord 2) my cat killed a field mouse and it got buried under the leaves 3) using a blower vacuum for 20-25 minutes straight can cause vibration induced tremors and it’s falling apart so maybe I need to buy... read more

So apparently Gino washes and dries leather belts in the garage now because the laundry room isn’t equipped for drying belts 😒

Doing laundry 🧺 late at night

I’m saving electricity and I’m going to hang them up outside in the morning. You can leave washed clothes in the washer for up to 8-12 hours. After that they’ll start to develop mold 😅don’t dry moldy clothes, you can get a yeast infection 😵‍💫

My new Costco jeans are made with azo dye 🤢

Now I have to wash them with Tide. Attitude detergent won’t be enough 😵‍💫this is why you must always wash clothes before wearing. Even after one wash in warm water it only removes about 60% of the formaldehyde 🤔
