Similar happened to me, and this thought help me to control how i react: When i do wrong things to ppl, there will b consequences. Regardless if it’s intensionally or not. And the consequences r not punishments. It is my kitchen room to get me processed. Everyone who once failed shall rise better :)

I've learned alot of things this year. In fact this year has been the most eventful time of my whole so far. I've had lots of ups and down, new realisations about myself and the world, I've expanded my perspective ten fold through consuming media, I discovered my passion for buddism and overall I've grown alot during this year. But if there's just one lesson I can share with you it's that life can feel like a living hell sometimes, but if you can look back at those experiences and find even the smallest bit of good within those times of hardship then your truly ready for life.
