I am into making servers for apps as my work.

I love my Dell servers. They use lots of electricity though. I was re applying thermal paste to the cpu's and snapped a pic of them without the heatsinks. Its hard to believe how much these cost when they were current.

So, my rather old PC got bashed around in a move and now will only boot in windows 8.1 or it goes blue screen. Anyone know if there is a way to get it back to at least windows 10? Or is it time to get a new one?
