​Hickory-Smoked ground Turkey & Cellentani Savory ground turkey and fresh spinach tossed with corkscrew pasta in a light lemon-garlic emulsion. Finished with a delicate cloud of micro-planed mozzarella and finishing Smoked Hickory salt.

Today I cooked stir-fried chayote with long beans (tumis labu siam kacang panjang), beef tendon curry (gulai kikil), and sambal ijo (green sauce made of green chillies and green tomatoes)

​Miso-Goma Mazesoba (Nordic Style) ​Ginger-Glazed Beef Rounds over Silky Rice Ramen with Charred Scallions. Points off for the Noodles not being dry enough. Taking note to try using a bain-marie next time for less slippage on white rice noodles.
