Credit cards, bank transfers, and everything else are virtual money, like services such as PayPal and even crypto; credit cards also use encrypted systems. The only difference is that they don't have massive ledgers of every single transaction and blocks to mine to generate new liquidity like crypto (for crypto, it depends on the project and what type of blockchain it is).
