1moCome on man
Went for coffee with that guy and it was very boring. Mildly annoying. We were going to go for a walk after but I just asked him if he thought it was going well. He cut me off and talked at me about my culture. He said for me its good don't know about you, which is weird because I was clearly growing more annoyed as it went on. If I had to ask my date if their having a good time legitimately unsure, I'm doing a bad job. He even asked if I was good and I said the times he cut me off was annoying and he tried to stop but didnt. I said no sorry. He said no problem and goodnight but while walking away he called out "why are you like that??" And while I went for my door he goes, "But I like you." And all I could say was "Sorry." Its very annoying when a guy is like but I like you so what does it matter if you don't like me. As if we're supposed to just sit there and accept them for how boring they are. Just be a pretty and agreeing prop. Give them a chance even though you are blatantly saying you aren't enjoying yourself it must be a you problem, not because he's boring. He was telling me how amazing I am and he's never been on a date with a girl like me before. And I told him thanks and I need somebody equally as creative and passionate and asked what he does to do so. He didn't have an answer. Like it's weird how many guys still want women to just give in and want them. Like you should want to date somebody who likes you. Not just somebody that tolerates your presence. If I went on a date with somebody and they said they didn't like me I wouldn't feel the urge to say well I like you let's try anyways. Because that would be weird and not having self respect for myself. (edited)
