7How to keep the convo going
I am in no way an expert on human communication and psychology, even if I have a degree on the latter. I just happen to be a gal who happens to chat with others on Boo, who can get bored or feel disinterest from myself and the other party because of how we communicate. You want to keep a girl engaged and to keep chatting with you/ not get ghosted or unmatched? Ask open ended questions. Literally that’s it. Ask about her interests and likes etc, but make sure she can’t just answer with a yes or no. You can talk about yourself yes- as long as you include her or have her give input. There are times where I just stop responding because dudes will just say something like “yeah lol.” I do follow what I preach, so when they answer but I don’t have the opening to chat about the topic or myself; I just see myself out. Idk if this is just me though.

I think this is an issue on both sides. From my perspective it seems like most women aren't willing to put terribly much effort into conversation. Seeing you say similar about men makes me think it's more of an issue of people that aren't genuinely interested or aren't genuinely looking.
